We're offering one lucky person the equivalent of £500 cash to spend on anything they like at TrailerTek this summer.

Maybe you'd use it to stock up on some spare parts and accessories for your current trailer, or maybe you'd prefer to put it towards a brand new shiny top-of-the-range trailer from the likes of Brenderup or Anssems?

We're trying to keep it as simple as possible, so here's all you have to do to be in with a chance of winning...

We will pick a random winner (out of a virtual top hat) from those who have subscribed to our mailing list and chosen (opted-in) to receive both...

• "The TrailerTek Newsletter"
• "Special offers, discount codes, competitions and sales information"

... from the "What would you like to receive from us?" section of our mailing list.

All you need to do is make sure that you are one of those people by June 30th 2018 at 23:00 (UK time). The competition is open to both new and existing subscribers to our mailing list^*.

That's it, not too painful eh?

Then just sit back, put your feet up, cross your fingers and you may just find that you get a nice little surprise email from us in a few weeks telling you that you're lucky after all!

The winner will need to give us a call and place their order via telephone when spending their £500. They can choose any product or combination of products we currently sell on our website. If the total price of the order is more than £500 inc VAT then the difference must be paid at the time of order via credit or debit card.

Terms & Conditions

"TrailerTek" means TrailerTek Ltd. and/or any of its subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, contractors or 3rd party service providers.

The "offer" is the award of one "prize" to the "winner" subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The "closing date" for the offer is June 30th 2018 at 23:00 BST.

The "prize" being offered is:

• the equivalent of up to £500 (inc VAT) to be spent with TrailerTek on any in-stock or back ordered item or items available for purchase at the time of use, including any delivery charges that may apply
• only available for use by the "winner"
• only available for use on a single order placed by telephone or in person at the TrailerTek showroom
• not available for use online
• non-refundable and non-transferable

The prize has no cash alternative and must be spent all in one go. If the full £500 value is not claimed in a single order then the remainder will become void.

The prize has an expiry date of 31st August 2018 at 16:00 BST and must be used by the "winner" before this time.

A "candidate" for the prize is any individual person who is:

• actively subscribed to the TrailerTek Mailing List (via https://www.trailertek.com/subscribe) on the closing date with an accurate and valid email address upon which they can be contacted by TrailerTek from sales@trailertek.com
• opted-in to receive the following types of email via the "What would you like to receive from us?" section available in their TrailerTek Mailing List preferences:
  • The TrailerTek Newsletter
  • Special offers, discount codes, competitions and sales information
• a human being resident of the United Kingdom
• aged 18 or over on 30th June 2018
• not an employee or contractor of TrailerTek or our subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, contractors or 3rd party service providers
• not an immediate family member of an employee or contractor of TrailerTek or our subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, contractors or 3rd party service providers
• not living at the same address as an employee or contractor of TrailerTek or our subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, contractors or 3rd party service providers
• not excluded from being a candidate by TrailerTek for any other reason at their own discretion without further explanation

A "potential winner" for the prize is:

• any qualifying candidate
• able to actively respond/reply to any emails sent to them by TrailerTek during the "process of finding the winner"

The "current potential winner" is:

• a potential winner chosen at random by TrailerTek on or after the closing date
• the favoured candidate to receive the prize for a duration of 72 hours
• notified via email that they must make claim to the prize by replying to the email or by telephoning TrailerTek and quoting the reference included within the notification email

The "winner" of the prize is the current potential winner who successfully makes claim to the prize within 72 hours of TrailerTek offering it to them subject to these terms and conditions.

TrailerTek reserve the right to disqualify a candidate, potential winner or current potential winner or change the current potential winner at any time without explanation.

TrailerTek reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without explanation.

TrailerTek reserve the right to withdraw or not honour the prize at any time without explanation even after a winner has been chosen.

The "process of finding the winner"

On or after the closing date, TrailerTek will follow the below process until such time as the winner is found or until such time as the offer is withdrawn:

1. a current potential winner will be selected
2. the current potential winner will be notified via the email address they used to sign up to the TrailerTek Mailing List
3. if the current potential winner has not claimed the prize within the allotted time scale, go to a. and repeat
4. if the current potential winner does not wish to receive the prize, go to a. and repeat
5. if the current potential winner satisfies TrailerTek of their prize claim then the winner is found, otherwise go to a. and repeat
