We've recently invested in updating our entire front and back end systems and it is transforming the way we operate.
We're sorry to say that before the new systems went live in December, all our processes were quite manual. It meant that stock take, orders, picking and tracking were quite time consuming. Not only does the investment in our systems make us far more efficient, but it means all our processes are a lot more accurate.
We've integrated Exact (a world-class front and back end business software) with Bizbloqs (a warehouse management system) and The Good Till Company (a point of sale system).
Such integration gives us complete control of our stock integrity, orders and payments, refunds and receipts.
Whilst we suffered inevitable glitches when the system went live, we're happy to say, it's all up and running now, and we're delighted with our ‘all singing all dancing' fully integrated systems!
